Customer Services - Rating 1.0Oct 24, 2023It is a nightmare every time. From trying to get through to someone to book in the car, to dropping off and picking up the car. I want to turn up handover my car, pickup the loan car and go. Then get a call or message to advise when my car will be ready so I know when to come back exchange the car's and go. However you seem more interested in me having a drink, while I sit staring at your service desk, I don't want to be there long enough to have a drink.
