I Travelled all the way from Scotland to Lincoln and Julian even helped with giving us information about the local hotels we could secure for our stay. He was very kind and informed about motability and he carefully explained everything to me, being my first time on the scheme and I didn’t know much. My application was smooth and quick, We went again to collect the car after a few days and Julian really went out with the stylish handover! I literally screamed! There was a thank you stand and my beautiful baby Q2, well wrapped ready to go home! I was really happy. What a beautiful team at audi JCT600 Lincoln! They had a follow up call to check how our journey was back to Scotland. We will definitely be back there for our next cars! Thank you! Thank you again Julian 🎉
