- Rating 3.0Nov 4, 2025Service went well, however, I was asked if wanted car cleaned, then informed valeting team on lunch ( not heard of staggering lunch breaks). Couldn’t wait as needed to get home to take medication, it was a poor job on my last visit. Also never revealed reminder about my upcoming and coming service.
When I book my car in for a service, I remind them it’s a Motability vehicle, but on my last couple of visitsI I get asked how am I paying for my service, I remind them it’s a Motability car, which I find embarrassing. Surely their records show it’s a Motability car, and have been using Listers Toyota, Lincoln for over 20 years. I’m at the point now of using a different garage to service my car as I feel their customer service has declined on my last couple of visits. - Rating 5.0Oct 24, 2025Very efficient checked the day before what time they would collect and rang again to say it was ready for them to bring it back.
