Upon arrival I was asked for motability insurance documents which before then had never been asked for. It seemed like the salesman’s first day on the job.
On collection of the car (with 2 young childen with me) I was asked if I’d like the car cleaned. Not sure why it wasn’t just fine. Anyway after an hours wait the car came out with mud still on the sills and wheels, dirty swirl marks all over & the interior had not been touched. All the staff at Marshall skoda wonderful. My brother has also purchased a car at Marshall Abbey lane and speaks highly of them. I must not forget how Claire makes sure my car is washed and vacuumed as I am disable. Very satisfied every time. God bless all the staff and hope they always stay with Skoda.
