    TMS has a very strange policy, I say strange because other dealers don't seem to do this. When you go to buy a new car, the red carpet comes out, etc., etc., you're treated really well until you sign, then they seem to treat you with an air of indifference. This is where TMS Kia differs; they value their customers, and the service you get from the aftersales/service team is fantastic, with clear communication all the way through, and never any issues whatsoever. I don't expect to be pampered, but treated with respect and valued, and TMS Kia never fails.
    It's a shame that Kia is being outpriced by Motability, as they are a 5-star company, and they have some fantastic dealerships.

    Karen at TMS Leicester is an absolute credit to the company. She's the jewel in the crown.
