    The experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of hospitality. The sales representative took about 10 minutes to approach us and, when they finally did, simply showed us the car and walked away. After waiting another 15 minutes, I had a question about the boot space. The representative left to get the keys, and after another 5 minutes, came back to tell me the boot was open and that I could go have a look. When I returned, it took a while for the representative to attend to us again. I then suggested we should come back another time, as she seemed very busy. She replied, claiming she had been occupied with another customer, but that was a plain lie, as I had been observing and saw that there was no one else around. If this place wasn’t so close to me, I would never return and would score 0 if there was option. Sorry very disappointing experience!!
