    Turned up slightly before time and was seen straight away. Loan car was all ready and waiting.

    Service was done a lot sooner than expected so was able to go off and enjoy the day.

    Great communication too from start to finish.

    Gavin at Kia was really helpful and friendly, he answered all of my questions and was patient and understanding. He helped me connect my phone to the car and showed me all of its features so I could understand them. The handover was smooth and not rushed, a really pleasant experience.
