    I had a fantastic experience from the test drive to the purchase of my Hyundai KONA N Line S through Motability. Charlotte has been an absolute pleasure to deal with — professional, patient, and truly a credit to your company.

    During the test drive, Charlotte thoroughly explained everything the car had to offer and answered all my questions. As I am deaf, her patience and understanding made a real difference; she took the time to listen carefully and ensure I was comfortable throughout.

    Although I considered another car, I ultimately felt more at ease with Hyundai, largely thanks to Charlotte’s excellent support. She made the entire car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the service I received.
