- Rating 5.0Jan 1, 2025Kevin & Daniel were great, helpful and professional despite not being Motability Specialists.
These 2 guys were clearing up the unbelievably awful and hopeless Customer Service given by Jack who after taking initial placement of order in Sept, ignors 8 calls over a week as we wanted to increase the value of the order and finally only called when we stated we would cancel and go elsewhere.... no apology or acknowledgement of his inability to provided an acceptable service. Nor did he offer an apology when my son and l went in for a second test drive.
Then he left poor Kevin and Daniel to pick up the pieces of the incomplete order which had the missing light pack that should have been added to the original build of the order ( and was not mentioned when we called Jack the second week of Dec wondering if our car was on its way as his promise of keeping us informed turned out to be an empty promise. He said yes everything was as ordered and we would get it by the end of Dec), but we had to ask for a gesture of goodwill as nothing originally offered.... we got a tank of fuel.... still waiting on a couple of standard parts that were missing.

He synced my phone up to the system and explained all the aspects of the vehicle and how all the gadgets worked. He was also very good with my husband who suffers from Alzheimer’s and Michael was very friendly with him, didn’t talk down to him as many people do. We both had a great experience and would definitely recommend anybody to go to Skoda dealership in Northampton.
