    Overall, it was a good experience and the staff were very friendly. As this was our first time using Motability, the process was mostly smooth.
    However, there was some confusion regarding my son’s National Insurance number. The advisor was not fully up to date with the requirements, and although the information was already in the paperwork, this was not noticed at the time. This led to unnecessary calls and delays before the issue was resolved.
    Apart from this, everything else went well. A bit more training would help avoid this kind of confusion in the future.

    My new Honda Jazz was in the showroom draped in a black cover ready for its reveal!
    After Barney had gone through the final bits of paperwork he drove the car out of the showroom. Before I drove off he went through the main controls then showed me ones that I requested and answered
    some questions I had. A great handover, Barney is a very likeable guy, he's professional, welcoming, is a good communicator and has a great sense of humour. This is my 7th Mobility car, so my 7th handover and 7th time dealing with a Motability sales exec and I can say that this experience from start to
    finish has been by far the best. Barney is a credit to
    himself and the branch.
