    Good customer service. Only slight issue was the the complementary vacuuming of the car only applied to the footwells, the seats and the boot were definitely not vacuumed.

    Barney was just fantastic when we were getting ready to collect our new Mobility car. He even came to collect us from our home then he drove us home in the pouring rain even though he was running late.
    The whole experience with Honda was so smooth and effortless that it took away a lot of hassle.
    We love our new Honda Jazz and Neil from N Tec fitted such a futuristic adaptation to our car that there are onlyb 4 of these in the entire country. Thank you Barney, Anice Honda and Neil from N Tec for all your kindness and support.

    Disappointed that there was no courtesy vehicle as booked, ended up in limbo and had to walk 40 minute's to a pub for breakfast.
    Staff member was polite BUT this ruined our whole mornings plans.

    Great customer service, but I'm very disappointed, that the Honda CRV, wasn't available, on the Mobility Scheme,for My New Vehicle.Ive driven CRV's,for quite a few years,and was looking forward, for a new one.😔 I've opted for an, X-Trail,but STILL, sorry, I couldn't have a Honda.
