    Hi,
    Experience was okay, it's hard when only one person can do this as there is alot of waiting around which makes it super difficult.
    However when we finally spoke to someone was super helpful and manged to get a car I'm happy with.

    From the first conversation right through to collection of the car they were incredibly helpful and communicative about where I was in the process.
    They remained in regular contact and were available to answer any questions I had throughout the whole experience.
    Keith himself was helpful, kind, very informative and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He truly is a credit to the company.

    We dealt with kin and he was so helpful and made sure we understood everything, he was really patient and kept us updated while we where waiting for our car to be delivered and sent us regular video updates, we really felt kept in the loop.
