    I’ve use a number of companies over the years And I’m lucky that I’ve never had a bad experience but my preferred car dealer is Vauxhall mobility, the cars are fantastic and Emma in mobility sales is the best, one of the warmest most professional people I have had the pleasure of meeting and have used over the years I have been in the scheme, also there aftercare services are brilliant, the mechanics go the extra mile so if you do have a problem you’re in safe hands( thanks Matt) in short cannot recommend highly enough

    The whole experience from start to finish was handled very well and efficiently by Emma at Vauxhall. She was thorough and due to a slight issue on the DVLA website in the taxing of the vehicle which resulted in the car being delivered today instead of yesterday. Emma went above and beyond from what i expected and personally brought the car to my home this morning.

    I had no issues with the service on my car just the same problem I had last year when they was supposed to valet my car.The windows were filthy the alloys wernt cleaned and the wheel arches.My boot wasn't even touched either.They don't seem to be bothered much at all if you are Motability which i think is wrong.We should be treated the same as everyone else as we are customers too.The reception staff etc and Emma for Motability I don't have an issue with they are all lovely its how the valeting team treat your car.Further training would be appropriate as I don't think they would leave their car in the state they left mine.
