- Rating 5.0Dec 9, 2024We arrived at the dealership on a wet Sunday morning without an appointment, the salesman was busy with a customer but asked what we were looking for and we advised to look at and order an enyaq.
He advised he should be available shortly and we are welcome to wait or make an appointment, we decided to wait so he showed us to the display enyaq and returned to his customer.
The receptionist asked us a few times during our wait if we would like a drink or to make an appointment, as did the salesman whilst dealing with his other customer.
After a long wait the salesman finished with his customer and came straight over to us and introduced himself as Harry Daley and fetched us a drink, we sat and chatted about the enyaq on the Motability scheme. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite, within minutes it was decided we would order the enyaq coupe and Harry really helped us feel valued and sorted the order quickly for us.
