- Rating 5.0Jun 29, 2024After a negative experience with VW Nottingham for our last Motability vehicle and a non starter visit to Derby Skoda (still waiting for a call back for a testdrive) our expectations were low when looking for a new vehicle.
We are so pleased we went to Marshalls Skoda Nottingham, we received excellent customer service, everyone at the dealership was friendly and keen to help.
They have 2 dedicated Motability specialist staff, Reece & Harry, who were both knowledgeable and personable.
Harry took us on a test drive and guided us through the ordering of our vehicle and arranging the hand controls required.
Harry kept us up to date with when the controls were fitted and sent a little video of car prior to collection.
We felt that we were as valued as any other customer and it was very positive experience.
We would highly recommend anyone looking for a motability vehicle going to Marshalls and being taken care of by Harry or Reece.
