- Rating 1.0Aug 15, 2025No stars was absolutely shocking from start? A booking original service was told wrong information by my local garage. That then when rang mobility was a different story. Altogether, thankfully to Steven on the Thursday, he ordered me a taxi. But this should of never have been promised to me as you have stopped that service months ago, then, the garage that the car was at failed to tell me on the phone or on collection that there was a big screw in my tire, I was only informed at 6 PM that night via an email from a health check. I am absolutely appalled by the service from everyone. There seems to be that many rules and regulations with mobility , but it's all one way when it comes to the customer.
