    LUKE, who was the Motability Specialist, was extremely helpful and professional. I can’t fully convey, how great our experience with him was, in every respect! He had all the time in the world for us to ask questions or to explain things [even re-explain] he went at our pace and didn’t rush us in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the Motability Scheme, the process, the vehicle and made the entire process very smooth and ensured we fully understood and were happy/comfortable at every step. He didn’t pry or ask questions relating to qualifying for the mobility-entitlement of PiP, whilst ensuring that the vehicle was appropriate and any considerations we should think about.

    As I said, we can’t describe how impressed we were with him and the professional and considerate service, that he provided!!

    My experience with stoneacre jeep was absolutely amazing luke was absolutely amazing from start to finish he kept me informed and on the day of collection he didn't just rush me off he ensured I was fully comfortable with the car, it is by far the best experience I have EVER had with a dealership, I was even presented with a lovely bunch of flowers which just made it all the more perfect! Luke really is an asset to stoneacre jeep and made my experience a whole lot easier couldn't have asked for anymore from him he definitely went above and beyond from the first day I met him.
