I said my licence is for manual and while it is a little more painful, I could manage a manual for 1 day. Then told no cars at all! Changed me to a waiting appointment. Sat waiting for hours in a chair that added to my existing pain. At the end asked of I would like them to wash my car, like it was a favour! All in all, nothing a great experience
