- Rating 5.0Aug 5, 2024I visited Toomey Hyundai Basildon around 2 PM to look for a car. The showroom was really nice and clean, providing a pleasant atmosphere to browse vehicles. After spending about 10 minutes looking around, Sales Advisor Callum approached us to offer assistance.
We sat down with Callum to discuss the Hyundai Bayon. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the specifications of the car in detail. When we mentioned that we needed the car as soon as possible, Callum went out of his way to speak with the manager to expedite the process. He returned with the good news that we could get the car within few weeks, which made us very happy.
Callum's customer service was exceptional. He treated us with great respect and made us feel very welcome. He completed the paperwork swiftly and efficiently, ensuring everything was done correctly. We would definitely recommend visiting this branch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant car-buying experience.
