He helped us pick the right car and ordered it, kept us fully updated on the progress from build to delivery and on collection he not only explained all the functions but also took the time to take me for a drive so when I left with the car on my own I would be confident in my ability to drive it.     To whom it may concern, I had the pressure of first speaking to Ryan Collins on the phone with the aid of my carer (I’ve had a stroke. My speech isn’t very good my reading and writing has been affected) he explained how the mobility system works very clearly and took the time lead us through some vehicles that would suit my needs very pleasant telephone that really helped me understand the scheme, the following week I went with my carer to see whether I could get in and out of the vehicles, Ryan actually suggested the Tiago I let Ryan know that I was at the showroom and was going to see whether I could get in and out of the car, I had a few questions and he was very patient and give me a lot of information, after explaining the adaptions, I have a problem with the boot but a strap solve that problem, he explained the options that would make my life easier , and he make sure I checked some other vehicles just to see whether easier to get in and use the car he suggested was perfect, he then sat down over a cup of coffee and really made sure I know what I was getting very patient allowing me enough time to get my questions out and he answered them very professionally and easy to understand, I didn’t feel under any pressure. I left the showroom with a choice of vehicle and their specifications. Allowing me time to have a think about things. I was really comfortable chatting to Ryan to the point where I actually went in there without my carer to place the order for the vehicle, I would just like to thank him for his patience understanding and making the whole process made a real pleasure.
