    Manuel at Mercedes Bedford was extremely helpful and informative when it came to me coming in to discuss my options on the Mobility Scheme.
    He understood my needs and suggested the perfect vehicle which would accommodate those needs.
    He explained the process and timeline thoroughly and went through the paperwork in a timely manner so that I understood everything.
    I felt heard and understood and appreciated being dealt with by such a professional and kind gentleman.
    Once the car was ordered he kept me regularly informed on when the car would be ready. Once the car was ready he gave me some time to sell my vehicle. On collection day Manuel made it very special by having the car covered and a big red bow, he took photos of me unveiling the car and then took the time to sit in the car and go through all the features. I cannot recommend Manuel & Mercedes for their exceptional service.
