    Though the previous person who dealt with our application was very polite and communicative, another person took over and picked up where she left off.
    Melvin was good and tried his best to communicate with us.
    From there we picked up the car to find out we didn’t have front sensors, Melvin kindly managed and sorted out the problem. we had said this was a requirement we asked for to the previous person.
    Vauxhall took responsibility and we happy.
    Thank you Melvin for being kind and putting up with us.

    The one thing I would like to say is that the Bedford Vauxhall needs a receptionist as the communication in the team does lack, when they promise to phone and don’t, really frustrating.
    This not a reflection on Melvin just an observation as a whole.
