    I booked my car for service and data reset over 3 weeks ago. Booked hire car - the hire car inside fairly dirty no charge in the battery and only 13 miles left to go of fuel … when I brought car back mileage reading has been recovered I supposed of done 116 miles on the day ! I genuinely did 15miles as I drove home had car parked and brought it back which all of that could been found on GPs. I didn’t have to pay for the car hire but that’s not the point. The point no attention to detail …
    Considering I dropped car off 8.30 in morning …. I had call at 4.20pm saying my car wasn’t going to be serviced today as run out of time due to work load … I requested my car back the same day as I had plans for the next day with the children (school holidays )
    I turned up to pick my car at 5pm the same day service has been done ( apparently ) but electrical reset had to be re-booked for another day
    Considering the car been at the garage all day and the job wasn’t finished ! Tha car should have been rebooked for another day all together in this case .
    The garage didn’t continue on the day of the list of the jobs booked for the day and also hasn’t considered customer convenience or plans they may have
