    Connor was fantastic to deal with through the purchase, very professional & would recommend!

    However, we still haven’t received the charging 3 pin plug which I ordered at the same time I ordered the car. We have had the car 6 days & still no charger has been received & now Marshall’s have advised that won’t arrive until at least Monday, 9-10 days post car arrived.
    This is causing problems as we are having to finish work early to allow time to sit at fast charging stations as we have no way of charging this at home. Is proving quite frustrating.

    Best customer service ive had in a long while, 3 visits, each one made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, communication between visits exactly as expected, right number if emails ect. Honestly blown away by how good and knowledgeable Connor is, he is a credit to your organisation

    Yet again, problems with access to the building (this time trying to exit in a wheelchair as show cars parked too close together outside the only accessible door). Numerous complaints but totally ignored. Won’t ever be using Skoda again
