    The car is not the same colour as ordered.

    However, having spoken with Darren (he’s a star!), we’ve come to a conclusion.

    I think it must’ve been a knee-jerk reaction from me in the first place.

    Everyone I’ve spoken to loves the colour of my Mokka (my sons swung it for me).

    I went in for a service and picked up my car with the oil warning light on. I pointed it out and was told there was probably not enough oil, but they didn’t top it up because "Motability didn’t allow it since my lease is ending soon."

    Is this a joke? How can a car be returned to a customer after a service in such a condition? Low oil levels can seriously damage the engine. The fact that my lease is ending should not justify neglecting basic safety and maintenance.

    I find this completely unacceptable. It shows a total lack of care for customer safety and vehicle standards.
