- Rating 3.0Apr 18, 2024I booked the service in February, well in advance of its due date of April.
During that conversation I stated that both my wife and I (both with disabilities) would wait in the showroom until it was completed.
Within 15 minutes of ending the original call, I received a call from Crown Honda, explaining that our car was due for a factory recall, and that it would now be kept overnight.
I asked for a like for like courtesy car because of our needs, which the caller agreed too, adding I'll make a note.
We dropped our car off as arranged, and we were given a Jazz, which was totally unsuitable.
I stated my dissatisfaction, and was informed no reference had been made, and that the only courtesy cars available was the Jazz.
Because of my disabilities I had to fall into the passenger seat, which caused me extreme discomfort.
I cancelled all our activities, and we went straight home.
Around mid afternoon, I recieved a call from Honda telling me the car was just being washed and would I like it delivered, I replied yes.
On inspection, we noticed, a muddy footprint on the passenger seat, unwashed wheel arches, doors and sills, smears on the inside windows, dirty water marks on dashboard and doors.
