    After a bad customer service from another Branch, I contacted Cambridge and the customer service I received was nothing short of outstanding! They went above and beyond in particular, Alex the manger on my first visit ensured he not only introduced himself but ensured I was seen by the right member of staff and checked in before leaving to ensure all of my questions were answered and I received all the help I required. I have recently just collected my new vehicle and Jenna was my point of contact throughout, extremely welcoming, attentive and professional. I had a full explanation regarding all information on new vehicle and was shown everything before I drove away. I will absolutely be using this dealership for all my car, service and repair needs going forward. Best dealership I have ever had an experience with and would highly recommend!
