- Rating 5.0Feb 12, 2024Andrew Frost was amazing. I felt he went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. I have anxiety and autism so I worry about these types of things. But he was amazing. He gave me his card aswell just in case I have any questions. The car was officially ordered today so just have to wait for it to be built and be ready at the dealership. I brought my family with me as my mum is my carer so she comes with me everywhere. But Andrew offered myself and my family drinks. - Rating 5.0Nov 1, 2023The handover of my car has been excellent, and reflective of my whole experience with Kenny from the very start.
As he promised, he rang me as soon as he knew when my car would be arriving, as well as the working day previous to my appointment. During the handover appointment, Kenny was clear and thorough throughout, making sure I understood everything.
He gave me an introduction to all the important facilities in the car, to make sure I knew all the drivable controls in this new vehicle. He also gave clear advice to watch the tutorials provided before trying to set things up. It was emphasised that if I needed any help of advice at any stage after, Kenny would be there to help me.
After a few days of enjoying the new vehicle, Kenny has honoured his promise. With a journey coming and me unsure of having set everything up ok, I shall be returning for him to show me the things I’m still unsure of so that I can be confident it’s all ok.
If this excellent customer service wasn’t enough (and it really is!) the complimentary car mats and flowers on collection was a wonderful touch.

Last Tuesday a receive a phone call telling be they are no longer able to fulfil my order!!! 2 weeks short of delivery date. And Citroen head office don’t give a toss they are within their rights to cancel order!!
