    The entire process was completed remarkably quickly and efficiently. I was genuinely impressed, considering I’ve had several services done at different dealerships and found them to be long. However, with Motorvogue Dunstable - Hyundai, everything was done effortlessly.

    I arrived late for my appointment, but Ella assured me that my vehicle would still be taken care of. The technician, Gus, sent a video explain the outcome of my car’s service. To my surprise, Ella called me ahead of schedule to inform me that my car was ready to collect when I was ready to.

    When I arrived to collect my car, Charlotte finished the entire process and handed me the paperwork, car keys, and double-checked the location of my car for my convenience. While I waited, another colleague checked to see if I had been seen to, which demonstrates the dealership’s primary objective of providing excellent customer service.

    The next day, I received a follow-up call to ensure that my vehicle was in good condition and that I was satisfied with everything.
