    We was served by Saifur who served us with amazing customer service throughout from ordering the car to collecting the car. He is definitely a very good ambassador for the company.     The best service I’ve ever received by the sales manager Nigel Ramsey when ordering the new ford Kuga, couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, it was through Motability, Hartwell where the only dealership who didn’t treat me any different. The handover was done by Tony Almeida who was again so kind and helpful, helping with the ford app and making sure I was happy with everything. Such a straightforward transaction and the only Ford Dealership I will ever use in the future for sakes or servicing.
