    Herman was amazing put us at our ease as it was not only my first motability car but also my first automatic but he helped me drive it by explaining how I should control it explained the whole process and took his time talking it through

    All I can say is Peter at Kia Dunstable is really friendly and a great person he was straight to the point with everything and that's the best way to be no sugar coating explained the spec colour options waiting time definitely would recommend seeing him if you are Interested in their vehicles

    I booked a Sit and Wait Appointment for 12pm, and I asked when it would be done by and was told 2pm. I double checked that and informed the person I had a Medical Appointment I had to go to afterwards. I also said I needed a new Number Plate, and was told they would look at it during the service and if needed order one, as you do not do them on site and I could come back another day. On the day I arrived early, about 1130am, but was kept waiting. After about 10 min I was told by a sales staff member you was short staffed and someone would be with me soon, what was about 5-10 min later. At 1230pm I was told my car had not going in yet as Motablility had not authorized the work yet. I called them who told me that all dealerships know it can take up to 2 hours for them to allow anything to be done. When I told the lady that, she said that is not our fault, but I pointed out that I had been told it would be done by 2pm. She told me it might be to late now for them to do a new number plate, and again I said I was told that is not done on site, and she said we do it here and I should not have been told that. At 2pm I was told they just need to put the number plate on, and offered to clean it. I asked how long and they said about 20-30 min. I said I do not have time, so he said it will be finished in about 5 min then. At 220pm I got a text telling me about what work would be needed to be done at a later date, but I did not get my car back until after 230pm, so if I had the car cleaned it would have been even longer. As I first said, it was a rubbish experience and Motablity have agreed for another company to do some of the work when needed.
