    Easy check in,no call to advise when car was ready so I had to ring at 5pm to enquire when car was ready for collection.
    Was told 5.30pm, arrived and had to wait 30 minutes, plus had to ask where my car was.
    Asked for details.to be emailed so I could see whay had been done, still no email a week on.
    Rubbish customer service.

    Was made a really enjoyable experience by the people at toyota. Especially kayla who was lovely. She was so helpful and kind and friendly.
