It was so easy to set up a meeting with her. She took us round the car and showed us all the specs and features it had and her own personal experience with using them. She was very welcoming and friendly and made the whole process so easy. I had been to previous dealerships and they did not provide this type of service at all and once found out I was a motability customer I was practically turned away, which almost made me lose hope in motability but Jasmine saved it! Really looking forward to receiving my car now. 10/10 :)
