    On arrival a lovely lady helped my out, sat me down and organised a coffee. Always explained what was happening and I’d be seen asap (she also offered me Haribo’s). I was then introduced to Matt and he was excellent. Explained things to me in regards to motability scheme, showed me a vehicle and I ordered the higher spec one. He was polite, chatty, informative and I’m glad I got the chance to deal with him.
