    The first time we went to Iook at the car we spoke to someone else and the service wasn't so good. However, upon returning to have a second look we met with Adam, from that moment the service was amazing. He helped me with measuring the boot space and all questions I had about the car. I then returned the next day with my paperwork to order the car and again he was amazing and the process went so smoothly. He said he hoped I would have the car in sept or Oct and he was spot on!. When I called with a couple of questions, he called me straight back and answered my queries. He kept me updated all the way through the process too. On the day of the handover, he was so thorough, checked my old car in and then sat in the new car and went through all the controls with me. He went through how the self charge hybrid worked as it was my first one, he even connected my phone to the car for me too. This is my 4th car on the scheme now and I have to say this time round was the best, and easiest experience I've ever had. Adam was amazing from the very beginning and in all the cars I have had this is the first time anyone has actually sat in the car with me and gone through everything like Adam did, everytime before I've just been given the keys and left! This really was the best experience and he made the whole process so so easy and straightforward. Adam is a huge asset to the team and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the future. Thank you Adam for everything, I absolutely love my new beastie and had the best experience ever!!
