    Our experience with Palmers Alfa Romeo was excellent. It was our first time using the Motability Scheme, and everything was very new to us. We are located in Reading so initially went to the Alfa Romeo store in Reading, however they did not meet our expectations and gave a lot of false promises. We then decided to visit other stores and the one in Hemel Hempstead. As soon as we arrived they provided us with more knowledge, confidence and support with the goal that we were trying to achieve. The goal was to receive a car before Christmas (within a 2/3 week period). Sebastian Golebiowski, was the sales executive that supported us throughout the whole process. He kept me up to date through calls and emails, very often letting me know all of the recent information on the car. Which made me very confident and comfortable that we were not in the same positions that we had to negatively deal with prior to going Palmers. Sebastian was a lovely employee and I would recommend him to anyone that was in the same position, especially under the Motability Scheme. As he made me feel very safe providing him with information about my disability, whilst never once feeling judged, just positively supported. They managed to achieve all of our wants and needs, under the time that was promised. So overall, we are very impressed with our experience and do not have any negatives to discuss.
