    Didn't have to chase up the garage as I have had to do with previous garages. Shane rang when the car was ready to collect. Car was lovely and clean when my husband collected it. Very happy with the service

    I had a wait appointment for my service, after 3 hours I asked how long it would be and was then told it was being washed and hour later and it was returned to me only when I checked after leaving to find that the valet hadn’t been done the windscreen hadn’t been cleaned inside the boot hadn’t been touched. Overall I think to leave someone waiting for 4 hours for a service to be done the least that should have been done was a proper clean.
    Also no disabled parking for a motability dealer is shocking.

    I am a wheelchair using Motability customer and there are no parking facilities for disabled customers. My car passed its MOT with a defective rear window wiper. The service, MOT and repair took a day longer than they told me. There is a panel that has been left loose in the back of the car. There are no courtesy cars and no delivery/collection service - despite it being my nearest dealer! In the end I had to take a taxi each way (17 miles each way) in order to drop off and collect my car. They are the least Motability friendly garage I have met in over 27 years on the scheme. Absolutely disgusted with them.
