    The Service reception guy was brilliant. I turned up early they got me in early brilliant sadly the receptionist did not offer any type of refreshment. I was there for two hours and was not offered any type of drink from her. She offered all the others drinks and I was not offered one I sat in reception clearly she could see me but nothing.
