Kind regards. - Rating 1.0Sep 9, 2022Chose EMG as I called in to have a very minor problem sorted out,booked the service for 5 weeks in advance with a ZS as a courtesy car due to mobility issues, first problem was a phone call the day before saying that car wasn't available but they had a replacement, It was a manual replacement not an auto which wasn't a problem, what WAS a problem was they gave me an MG 3 which was far to low but that was the only car available, so I had to cancel my days plans as the car was totally unsuitable. Problem 2 grease on my steering wheel & grease on my floor mat left behind. This is my 5 Motability car & this is the very first Motability car that has come back dirtier than when I took it in, all my previous Motability cars have come back fully valeted as standard.
