    Had to re arrange my appointment for MOT and service due to turning up and them trying to give me a VW up. They were told prior to this the car would need to be like for like so similar size we have a seat atea! I could not get frame and wheel car in the VW up obviously wasn’t even worth trying so then I had to rebook for the following week. I did not even take a car while you had mine in as I didn’t not want the hassle and stress of all your mess ups. So was then left without a car for whole day because you couldn’t supply a vehicle that suited our needs. Very disappointed
