    Start to finish was a bad experience with motorvogue norwich. No communication.
    Constant chasing. Then when I went to pick my car up (baring in mind I paid an
    Advance payment of £1000 plus £400 for colour) they handed me a car in a different colour. Such a poor effort to rectify the situation. Found a replacement car for me in the colour I ordered, but it had factory fittings so wanted to charge me an additional £1000!! When I pointed out that the jeep no longer has an advance payment, and I could use the £1000 I had already paid to secure the jeep they found, they then told me the jeep had been sold. So I have no car after waiting 4 months. Disappointed doesn’t cut it. Constantly chasing for my refund now. I honestly believe they sold my car to a non mobility customer and then gave me something they had in the forecourt, thinking I’m a mobility customer and will get what I’m given. Awful experience. I have now ordered a new vehicle through VW and
    So far been a much better experience. Actually treated like every other customer. Will stay well away from motorvouge.
