    Customer service very good at drop off, notification of completion of service could have been better. Completing the satisfaction form should not have been asked for on car pick up, very hard to fill form in honestly. Felt like pressure to fill it in at service desk when this survey should be the one to fill in online only.

    Aaron was amazing, he has so much knowledge both about the cars. He is selling and the Motability scheme. He made it all so easy literally no more than an hour in visits in total and that included ordering my car and picking it up. He also found a tiny imperfection on the car which he is getting sorted ASAP, he was probably one of the nicest car salesman I have ever met, my carer was also very very impressed with how no question was even slightly taxing for him, also she though he asked all the right questions to make sure what I ordered was right for me & suited my specific needs!
