    As always, the team at SEAT Duff Morgan in Norwich has been incredibly helpful. They are lovely, knowledgeable people who truly make you feel like part of the ‘family’.
    I had originally planned on a like-for-like renewal, but unfortunately, that decision was taken out of my hands by Motability when they removed my car from the scheme.

    This put me in a difficult spot regarding the advanced payment, as I was forced to look at (ironically) more expensive vehicles to meet my specific needs. As someone who requires a medium SUV—both for a specific seat height so I can slide in easily (rather than ‘crawling’ out of a compact car) and to ensure enough back-seat space for a wheelchair while my service dog takes up the boot—this could have been a nightmare.

    Duff Morgan was so supportive through this. They agreed to extend my current lease by a month to help me save for the unexpected shortfall. Once we were ready, the renewal was seamless; I emailed over copies of the documents and it was all finalised in a single afternoon!

    I love the atmosphere there—I can have a chat with the team, use one of their quiet booths to study, or relax on the sofa. They are also wonderfully pet-friendly and love seeing furry friends, including service animals! Finally, they are always happy to arrange test drives and appointments to suit your schedule. I wouldn't go anywhere else; renewing with them was the natural progression!

    Efficient process when collecting the vehicle and took the time to show me around the vehicle inside and out.
