    So happy and definitely was exciting to collect! Jamie and will were so supportive and polite. Only annoying thing is my car didn’t have any matts but he was going to look into this for me

    Paul has been amazing and professional I cannot fault the process. Everything was explained and I am glad I had Paul every step of the way.

    Overall lovely but it started very upsetting and sour when I arrived as they were very troubled by the fact I had an assistance dog, referred to her as a pet dog and I then explained she is the same as a wheelchair when it comes to going in a car.

    But overall was good just that little thing which almost ended with me not leaving my car with them as would’ve unlwfully had no car due to the possible discrimination.
