    Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience if I had tried this was 100% dayghting to me as it was my first time but Keith who comforted my needs was lovely and he made me feel at ease I 100% would recommend vw if you was to look for a first car

    Firstly I couldn’t park as 2 cars which I think were there to have work done were in the disabled bays so I parked on the hatch and let reception know. After 5 minutes a man came up to me I need your keys I need your keys you’re blocking the whole garage!? Yes I replied cars are in the disabled bay when he came back he acknowledged they shouldn’t have been parked there. I waited a long time for a sit and wait service as appointments were sparse then it took 2 hours for a service. Nice waiting area nice enough staff but very slow

    Car not cleaned as arranged. And car arranged with courtesy car had changed to an UP model (which was changed when stated I can not drive such a car due to my disability). Which was made aware to VW. Also online booking on service needs to be made with Motorbility in mind !!!

    Service was ok, but didn’t report back with the video update as expected, and returned the car absolutely covered in bird poo. This is despite the complimentary car wash that obviously didn’t happen. I’m not very impressed with the ‘repair’ on the bumper. Gaffa tape is not a repair.

    Absolutely outstanding customer service and the wonderful gentleman we dealt with went above and beyond for us Keith Nicolls. He made us feel relaxed and addressed all worries/concerns we had very efficiently. He also called us personally few days after picking up the car to make sure everything was ok and we were enjoying the car etc. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Thank you Keith :-)

    When I booked a service I booked an 8am time so I could wait for car to be serviced.I had 2 reminders on separate days. Telling me my appointment was at 10am. Twice I had to phone up to make sure it was still an 8 am appointment. I was told to ignore that, they said to book an appointment on their system they have to put a time in to book appointments. It seems a ridiculous way of booking in cars for maintenance.
