    The friendly and helpful Motability staff member spent time to ensure I chose the right car. I was able to take the car on a 20 minute test drive which was really useful. My new car will be ready for collection early next week which is fantastic!

    Lovely car but the small things take the shine off the whole process...
    1 - I asked that I would trade in my old vehicle valued at 5k, some 8 weeks later, the day before pickup of new vehicle they assessed it again and now offered 4k..a drop of 20% which they blamed on it being non ulez compliant (it wasn't 8 weeks before either) and the market (several checks done both initially and on trade in proved there had been little if any movement in the prices I were being offered and certainly nowhere near 20% !), left with little option at that late stage than to accept their poor offer
    2 - find unbelievable that you can take on a car worth 40k and they don't even provide car mats so had to go back next day and spend another £200
