He was patient and helpful in so many ways when explaining things to me and made time for me when I had other questions in between appointments. As this car is my first automatic, and first hybrid, I was nervous and didn't know what half of the buttons did. Sammy explained them to me and showed me what features I can use to help me with driving when I'm in pain, and helped me figure out what adaptations I needed. He made the whole process feel very easy and smooth. I also part traded in my old car, and he sorted all of that out for me so it wasn't stressful at all and I just needed to sign some paperwork. He has also assured me that if I need anything else, even if it is just some questions, that I am welcome to come down and ask the team. I am very happy with my car, it has helped me so much already with being able to drive around in a way my old car couldn't assist me with. It is a really smooth and comfortable drive, and I'm extremely grateful to the mobility scheme the have the opportunity to get around easier, and I'm extremely grateful to Sammy for all of his help.
