    When I bought the car I was told I would always be given a curtsy car, but not once have they. This time I was told they had none at all as they were getting a new fleet. Surely would still have the old ones, but when I got there, there was one right outside and there all the time I was there.
    I was told if I got there at 8am I could wait and it would be 1 1/2 hours, I was waiting 4 hours last time and had an attack when I got in. This time it was done in 1 1/2-2 hours but they called me the day before telling me it could be 3-4 hours, I got so annoyed with them as I had been promised it wouldn’t.
    I feel that I’m treated like crap by them because it’s motability and I don’t think they treat others this way.
    My car window got stuck and they told me they couldn’t fit me in for over 2 weeks! And my service I had to wait 7/8 weeks for a space. Pointless having it.
    The receptionist was lovely at least.
