    I collected my mini on Saturday 28th September and I cannot express enough my gratitude to Nikki Hargreaves for her attentive, patience and professionalism that day. She went above and beyond from my very first visit to the handover day itself, keeping me informed of when the car was available and on the day carefully going through the paperwork and ensuring I knew what I needed to know to leave the forecourt confidently. She kindly said I could contact her if I wasn't sure of some of the facilities in the car and also sent me a handy video to help me. Please do thank her for me. She's a real credit to the team!
