    Ashleigh took the time to understand my specific needs, including a few adjustments related to my disability. I only had to mention them once—she remembered everything and handled it seamlessly without me needing to repeat myself.

    At one point, I called with a question on her day off. I was told an email would be sent to her, and I expected a reply the next day. To my surprise, she called me back with an answer within 10 minutes—on her day off! That level of dedication is rare.

    I originally dealt with a lovely young lady named Ashleigh King when I went to arrange a test drive. She was absolutely fantastic
    I informed her of some reasonable adjustments i required which she implemented immediately and never forgot
    When i returned a while later to place my order i requested her again and she had remembered all my needs and gave all the support I needed
    It was such an easy and pleasant process I almost didn't want to leave! I later found out that this was her very first time processing a motability order which made the service she provided all the more impressive! A master class in customer service! Thank you Ashleigh!
