    Because of the problems I've been having trying to sort out a ford recall on my Motability Scheme car,
    They've constantly said it can't be done there and I'd have to take it to a body shop, not sure in the 10 months I've been trying to get it sorted out if they understood it,
    But a mechanic there gave me more information about it in a few minutes then I've had off this dealership in those 10 months,
    They even though said they couldn't did the recall check looking for a number, my car isn't one of those affected, so my anxiety over this for 10 months has left its toll on me,
    The Motability Scheme state on a service for a Motability Scheme car the dealership would top up the adblue, they didn't on the service, but when I pointed it out, they did top it up,
    I was told by the dealership that Motability Scheme customers like to top up the adblue themselves and that's why they didn't do it,
    For the service most of the items were done, except the tyres weren't pumped up to the correct pressure, the tyres are still at a low pressure than they should be,
    All round not a great experience,
    Not sure if everyone was having an off day or 10 months or they don't like sorting out things there, (Apart from selling cars,
    Not sure next year when I get my next Motability Scheme car if I'm going to go to this dealership or travel further afield to a dealership that values Motability Scheme customers,
    Would have liked to give more stars, but definitely not after my experiences with this dealership.

    Absolutely awful experience so far. Had an appointment and made an order on 14.08.23 and the orders only been processed on 25.09.23 with the flimsy excuse that the person dealing with it had been on a 4 week holiday. He’d also been on holiday for a week in August as they’d struggled to get me an initial appointment. I even had a call yesterday (02.10.23) to confirm my daughter’s date of birth (I’m her appointee) so I’m not even convinced the order was processed last week. So, after placing an order 7 weeks ago at a face to face appointment, I’m still not sure a cars been ordered and with no lead date not convinced I’m going to be getting a car this year.

    Not happy at all,feel either ford or staff not keen on things mobility, brought car in for service, got call later too say, it should of had an M. O.T, now all this is the responsibility of them not me, and because of this, I have no car for five days, as they don't have an mot server, so iv had too cancel appointments and be without any form of mobility if I need it,and there was nothing they can do,but still take my rent money for them days, and I really look after in the end there car which will be sold on
