    Kashif was the best. I could sense it through the phone calls that he was dedicated to his work 100%. He kept us updated at all times, he took pride in his work.
    Prior to going to Mercedes dealership, I had visited 3 other mobility companies and each time I left, I felt horrible. At Volvo, if the mobility staff was not on holiday, he would talk arrogantly until I gave up. They made us feel as if they were the only car dealers in the whole world. Until we met Kashif at Mercedes, not only did he represent Mercedes but also other dealers that had failed us.
    I want to thank Kashif for his service. You are a diamond in a rough.
